Delivery and Freight Costs in Sweden

Elfa Distrelec's catalogue prices are given in Swedish Kroner excl. VAT and to the extent possible remain fixed for the valid period of the catalogue. The accurate daily price you find on www.elfa.se. Elfa Distrelec reserves the right to adjust prices caused by circumstances, which are beyond our control. If the supplier can't send us more articles, we have the right to cancel the order

Collection in shop
An option for all customers wanting their products being ready for collection in shop.

If you order products kept in stock in each respective shop, they are available for collection 2 hours after you have placed your order. If you place your order before 17.00 for products sent from our main warehouse, they are available for collection after 1-2 days. Enter your mobile telephone number in the reference box for text message notice when your products are available for collection.

Bulky, fragile goods as well as parcels weighing in excess of 35 kg. will be despatched in the most appropriate manner. In these cases, applicable delivery terms and delivery fees will apply. Delivery time 2-3 days. For a limited number of hazardous goods to Gotland, applicable delivery terms and handling fees will apply.

 

Claims

If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer should immediately report this to the carrier. If the goods are insured, the insurance company should be notified. Other complaints should be reported immediately to our claims department. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival for any defects or shipping errors.

Returns

Purchased product may be returned or exchanged within 10 working days. The product must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with prepaid freight. This return policy excludes all kinds of specially ordered products that are not part of our regular assortment. Returns shall not be despatched COD.

In all circumstances, you have to contact the return department for returns within 12 month after the invoice date. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival for any defects or shipping errors.

All returns back to the warehouse must have a RMA number. For RMA number please contact Customer Service at order@elfa.se or call us at +46 (0)20 75 80 00. If the goods back to the warehouse is missing an RMA number your return will be denied. The RMA number is valid for 20 days. If we have caused the error, we will stand for the return back to the warehouse but otherwise we will ask you to send the product back with a carrier of your choice to an address Customer Service give you.

For all returns we will take a charge of 100SEK, If you wish to return a product after 10 working days we will take a charge of 20% or 100SEK depending on value of goods. For returns after 3-6 month, the charge is 50%. Older than that we have the right to deny.

We do not accept return for ESD products.

Replacements if we have caused any wrong will normally be handled the same day before 15 pm. After that we will help you the next day.

Service and Repairs

If you need service or repair on any product purchased from Elfa Distrelec, you should always first contact Elfa Distrelec's customer service, before returning the goods. Invoice/receipt must be presented always when claiming warranty.

Technical Data Inaccuracies

Elfa Distrelec shall not be liable for inaccuracies and omissions of product dimensions and illustration from the Elfa catalogue's specification. Inaccuracies in that case are insignificant and depend, as a rule on the fast technical progress of the industry.

Out of Stock

If a product is temporarily out of stock from our warehouse, we will record the product or the entire order as backorder pending for the best delivery option. As soon as the product is in stock, it is immediately despatched free of charge within Sweden. For any inquiry on backorders, please contact customer service at order@elfa.se or +46 (0)20 75 80 00.

We reserve against deviation regarding stock. If the supplier can´t deliver, we have the right to cancel the order.

Force Majeure

Delayed delivery due to events which are beyond our control, exempts us from any liability. We can not accept any responsibility for the buyer's any agreements with third parties in the matter of compensation for delayed or incorrect delivery, manufacturing defects, etc., unless previously expressly agreed.

Payment Terms

15 days net (B2B customers) from invoice date unless other terms previously agreed upon.In the case of late payment, interest penalty will be charged in accordance with the interest law. We also offer card payment option with Mastercard, VISA and Pay Pal for purchases on our website.
For new registrered business customer we apply credit control.

Seal 2012

Otherwise SEAL 2012 applies where appropriate. Refer to the PDF document.
