Return or repair
Purchased product may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days. The product must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with prepaid freight. This return policy excludes all kinds of specially ordered products that are not part of our regular assortment. Returns shall not be despatched COD.
In all circumstances, you have to contact the return department for returns within 12 month after the invoice date. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival for any defects or shipping errors.
All returns back to the warehouse must have a RMA number. For RMA number please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call us at +46 (0)20 75 80 00. If the goods back to the warehouse is missing an RMA number your return will be denied. The RMA number is valid for 20 days. If we have caused the error, we will stand for the return back to the warehouse but otherwise we will ask you to send the product back with a carrier of your choice to an address Customer Service give you.
For all returns we will take a charge of 100SEK, If you wish to return a product after 14 working days we will take a charge of 20% or 100SEK depending on value of goods. For returns after 3-6 month, the charge is 50%. Older than that we have the right to deny.
We do not accept return for ESD products.
Replacements if we have caused any wrong will normally be handled the same day before 15 pm. After that we will help you the next day.
Service and Repairs
If you need service or repair on any product purchased from Elfa Distrelec, you should always first contact Elfa Distrelec's customer service, before returning the goods. Invoice/receipt must be presented always when claiming warranty.
Technical Data Inaccuracies
Elfa Distrelec shall not be liable for inaccuracies and omissions of product dimensions and illustration from the Elfa catalogue's specification. Inaccuracies in that case are insignificant and depend, as a rule on the fast technical progress of the industry.
