Indicator Lights

An essential electrical component, indicator lights are used to reveal the status of an electrical system or equipment. Most often, indicator lights are used to show whether a device is on or off but can also be used to show the working state of electrical equipment and to send important signals to the operators. The most common indicator light colours are red, green, yellow, blue and white and all of these are included within Distrelec’s extensive range. In most electrical systems, red lights are usually used to indicate an emergency stop is needed, green means a system is operating normally and yellow means standby.
